A fake relationship has to be better than no relationship, right?

Only the Best is a laugh-out-loud, stand-alone, fake-relationship romantic comedy about true love, opening up, and finally putting past hurts behind you. It features a multi-talented tattoo artist/baker/guitar player looking for his one and only true love, and an emotionally and physically scarred photographer looking to keep anyone from getting too close to her.

For reasons she prefers to keep in the past, Becca doesn’t get intimate with a guy more than once. Even if it’s someone as seemingly right for her as Johnny.

Johnny wants a fairytale true love like his parents have, and he’s gone through countless women trying to find it. This time is different, though. He’s positive that Becca is the one for him.

When Becca’s mother gets it into her head that she’s going to find Becca an appropriate man, Johnny steps in with the perfect plan. He’ll pose as Becca’s boyfriend to get her mother off her back.

Pretty soon, what’s supposed to be one friend helping another turns into more than just a fake relationship.

Can Becca face her trauma and find the strength to trust Johnny with a real chance? Or will the childhood accident that left her scarred in more ways than one have her settling for less love than she deserves?

Scandalous grannies, quirky friends, inconsiderate neighbours, and an impromptu visit to Las Vegas round out this laugh-out-loud romance about friends whose fake relationship might not be so fake after all.
